Welcome to the Journal of Medical and Allied Sciences (JMAS), an official international publication of Deccan College of Medical Sciences, for rapid publication of original medical and allied research articles, reviews, case reports, preliminary and pilot studies. Symposium proceedings, summaries of presentations or collections of medical data on a specific topic are also welcome, for publication as supplements/special issues.
JMAS publishes accepted papers immediately online after completion of peer-review and editorial processes. Papers will subsequently be collated into biannual printed issues (January 31st and July 31st each year) for indexing and citation purposes.
Submitted articles will only be considered for publication if they are appropriate for an international wide-ranging medical readership, and possess strong evidence of clinical applicability and are accompanied by a comprehensive reference list. Areas and specialties covered
